The partner of Show Ticket & House Management of Panggung Kebangsaan Show “Bersatu Dalam Guyonan”

In August 2023, ROSAN Production in collaboration with ARS Management presented a show entitled “Bersatu Dalam Guyonan” (Panggung Kebangsaan). This show came in the form of music and theatre collaboration featuring veteran Indonesian artists, they were Orkes Sinten Remen, Mlenuk Voice & String Reketek, Sri Krishna Encik and friends, Butet Kartaredjasa, Marwoto Kawer, Susilo Nugroho, Alit Jabang Bayi, Gundhi. This performance told the story of the different opinion in a choice that will remind us about the differences in thinking. This is common and the part of national values that will unite us.
In its role in managing show tickets, ARS Management was creating a sales system, sales services, reports to the regional tax office, event promotion and publication. In its function in house management, ARS Management was organizing the space of the ticket sales and reservation area, the flow of audience entry, information boards as easy access to services, the arrangement of audience seats, and coordinating with stage management for the smooth running of the event.
One of the keys to the success of show ticketing and house management is good planning for the system that will be implemented and preparing a backup plan if unexpected things happen in the field. In addition, intensive communication in each committee so that all changes are always known by all committee and its functions.
