ARS Management; Performing Art/Event Management; Ticket sales & house management partner for “Tabib Suci”-Indonesia Kita performance in Yogyakarta.

Kayan Production held another Indonesia Kita performance entitled “Tabib Suci” at Concert Hall Taman Budaya Yogyakarta. This is the first performance by Kayan Production after a hiatus of approximately 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The script of the play was written by Agus Noor and he directed the show. The artists who participated in this event were Butet Kertaredjasa, Cak Lontong, Marwoto, Susilo Nugroho, Akbar, Mucle, Joned, Wisben, Inayah Wahid, Yu Ningsih, and Sruti Respati.
ARS Management has the opportunity to be a partner of this show in the area of ticket sales and house management. One of the keys to the success of ticket sales management is a sales system that is easy for consumers, fast services during the event, and communicative in providing information so that consumers feel well served and satisfied. On the other hand, ticket sales management always goes hand in hand with house management, which is easy access at the venue, comfort of the waiting room, the number of seats according to what is offered, the guard of the audience area who is informative and responsive to the situation.
ARS Management managed to bring in approximately 1,000 audiences with an online and offline ticket sales system. The system used this time responded to the pandemic situation, minimising printed materials to reduce hand contact, creating a flow of audience entry to avoid crowds, and arranging the ticket box purchase room and entrance to the venue.
In addition, one of the keys to success in performing arts/event management is the speed of finding solutions when unexpected events occur in the field.
