ARS Management in cooperation with Yayasan Eko Nugroho Building a Visual Art Studio for Kids

In the end of year 2014, Eko Nugroho; contemporary visual artist from Yogyakarta (www.ekonugroho.or.id) has new idea to build a new space for kids to learn visual art. Eko Nugroho’s passion in visual art and kids encourages him to create visual art studio that provide kids’ creativities, imaginations, and ability to reveal their expression in visual art. To realize his dreaming, Eko Nugroho in cooperation with ARS Management as management consultant, concept creator, and business implementer.

As a consultant, ARS Management does a brainstorming with Eko Nugroho to determine the market position of this studio and also to determine the market segment and market target to be implemented in business strategy. Besides that, ARS Management also ensures all the basic needs of the initial business process.

Meanwhile, as the concept creator, ARS Management details and makes the action plan as the brainstorming result in business strategy. One of the important things from this process is create the visual image or the brand of this studio, thus the entire studio’s values is delivered to public exactly.

As business implementer, ARS Management is representing the owner as Board of Director who controlling and supervising the executive performance. In this area, one of challenges and struggles activity is employee recruitment.
