He studied Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences, UGM and established a campus theatre. Teater Garasi, with two other colleagues in 1994. In 1999, he decided to make Teater Garasi a professional arts group. Startting in 2000, he officially became the Executive Director of Teater Garasi with ten employees and 20 community members. In addition, 2010, he decided to create a Teater Garasi business unit called Garasi Enterprise; optimize assets and resources in Teater Garasi to be profit-oriented.

In january 2014, right after 20 years of career at Teater Garasi/Garasi Enterprise, he decided to resign, both as a professional and member of the community. He has also focused on the new business started 1n 2012, which is Room Design & Bamboo Workshop, until now. Currently, the industry has approximately 20 employees. Meanwhile, he keeps shaping his skills and knowledge in art management by being a Producer/Co-Managing Directorat at ARS Management since January 2015.
